Message	Go into the car & house thing with the mindset that you don't own any other car. Selling the Z for a car that will depreciate in a few years or selling to help with the down payment of the house is just stupid. Say for kicks you get 10K for your car. Do you know how ridiculously small of a savings that is when put towards a house? Depending on the rate you get for your house, it could be somewhere around $10-20/month saved on your payment. This isn't just directed at you but other people thinking of selling for the same reason. ESPECIALLY, if you're thinking of getting back in the game later.
